We are located at 3282 Elliot St. NW, in (west) Salem, Oregon.
We are in a new area that some map services do not show yet. (The nearest intersection is Kurt and Nautilus. That puts you within one block of our office. The nearest main intersection is Wallace Rd. and Rogers Ln.)
From I-5, take the Hwy 22 exit west. Hwy 22 is called Mission Street as it winds through Salem.
As you follow it across the Marion St. bridge, move to the right lane.
Take the first exit off the bridge. Stay in one of the two right hand lanes.
Make an immediate right from the bridge exit lanes onto Wallace Rd.
Take Wallace Rd about three miles to Rogers Ln.
Turn left onto Rogers Ln. Take it to the end of the street.
Turn right on Kurt. Kurt takes a quick left hook and becomes Nautilus.
Turn left onto Elliot St NW. Our clinic is in the second house on the left, 3282 Elliot St. NW.
From Hwy 22, turn left onto Doaks Ferry Road.
Doaks Ferry takes a jog to the right and then turn left at the light to get back onto Doaks Ferry.
Follow Doaks Ferry Road to Wallace Rd.
Turn left onto Wallace Rd. Go two short blocks.
Turn left onto Rogers Ln. Go to the end of the street.
Turn right on Kurt. Kurt takes a quick left hook and becomes Nautilus..
Turn left on Elliot St. N.W. Our clinic is in the second house on the left, 3282 Elliot St. NW.
